Workout Mat: Workout mats provide a comfortable surface for exercises that require lying down, kneeling, or sitting, and they help to protect the body from hard surfaces.

Fitness Blocks: Fitness blocks are used to provide stability, support, and extension in various positions. Fitness blocks can be placed under the hands, feet, or hips to assist in achieving proper alignment and to make poses more accessible to individuals with limited flexibility.

We recommend two blocks for the classes a 3" and 4"block.

Foam Core Rollers: Foam core rollers are cylindrical foam tubes that are used for self-myofascial release and balance exercises. They help to release muscle tension and improve flexibility by applying pressure to specific points on the body. Foam rolling is commonly used for warm-ups, cool-downs, and post-workout recovery.

We like the  OPTP PRO-Roller Standard Density Foam Roller for the density not too soft and not too hard.

Light Hand Weights:  We like Neoprene Coated Dumbbell.  The two and three pound weights are a great place to start.  With Physical Physics master sculpting using lighter weights in positive and negative contractions works best to sculpt lean muscle tissue.

Therabands: Therabands, also known as resistance bands or exercise bands, are elastic bands made of latex or rubber. They come in various resistance levels and can be used to add resistance to a wide range of exercises. Therabands are versatile tools that can be used to strengthen and tone different muscle groups, improve flexibility, and aid in rehabilitation exercises.

Magic Circle: The magic circle, also known as a Pilates ring, is a flexible ring made of metal or fiberglass with padded handles. It is used in Pilates classes to add resistance and challenge to exercises targeting the arms, legs, and core muscles. The magic circle helps engage the muscles and promote stability, control, and proper alignment during Pilates movements. We use the AeroPilates Magic Circle Pilates Ring.

Pilates Wand: The Pilates wand or BADD Stick, also referred to as a bar or pole, is a long and lightweight fitness tool used in Pilates workouts. It is typically made of metal or fiberglass and features resistance bands or springs attached at both ends. The Pilates wand can be used for various exercises that improve core strength, stability, and flexibility. It helps with enhancing coordination and control during Pilates movements.
