What is Pilates and Physical Physics? 

Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on developing strength, flexibility, and control of the body through controlled movements and breath. The Pilates method is the basis of Physical Physics, the science of perfect movement. 

 

What are the benefits of moving with us? 

Some of the benefits of working out with Pelage Studios include improved posture, increased flexibility, improved core strength, reduced stress, and improved balance. 

 

What should I wear to a session or class?

Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid baggy clothing that may get in the way during exercises.

 

Do I need to bring anything to class?

Generally, not for in person. Our studios provide all necessary equipment such as mats, resistance bands, and props. However, if you’re working out online with us you’ll need the same props in your home studio. 

 

How often should I move? 

Every sine day. But it depends on your fitness goals and schedule. Ideally, it is recommended to practice 2-3 times a week to see results. 

 

Do I need to have any prior experience with Pilates to attend a class?

No prior experience is necessary, but we do recommend at least trio of sessions to prepare for class. Pilates is suitable for all fitness levels and modifications can be made to accommodate beginners or those with physical limitations. 

 

Can I attend classes online?

Yes, our studios offer both in-person and online classes. You can attend classes from the comfort of your own home or while traveling the world. 

 

How do I sign up for an online class?

You can sign up for online classes through our wix website. Simply select the class you wish to attend and follow the instructions to sign up.

 

What do I need to participate in an online class?

You will need a stable internet connection, a device such as a laptop, tablet or smartphone, a comfortable space to practice in, and props.
